Self Since leaving Adobe, I have been contracting for myself or at such companies as LWI in Sunnyvale. I have been writing, illustrating and publishing a children's book. And I have been filling in as an office/receptionist while looking for further contract positions in the graphic field. This included graphics and production for web tutorials. It also included project lead for such products as Illustrator CS and Encore DVD, which required production work for the html help systems. |

I was involved in developmental work on a Graftek CAD system for technical illustrations. - As a Senior Mechanical Draftsman, I prepared mechanical-electrical drafting including piece part drawings, assemblies, weldments, sheet metal, castings, logics, schematics, specification packages, and manufacturing instructions. - As a Senior Technical Illustrator I created in-house signs, posters, slides, and transparencies. I originated artwork for manuals including flowcharts, diagrams, and photographic work. I was responsible for creating illstrated parts catalogs including isometric assemblies, indexed lists, pagination, paste-up and subsequent EC changes. |
